We regularly solicit our users to join committees which help adapt new and existing functions to best fit the needs of their businesses. The user group community also plays an active role by submitting enhancement requests for consideration. These requests are continually compiled and reviewed by our business analysts and development team. Each year, the user group community votes on the submitted enhancements which they would like to see implemented in our software.

We have also made it simple for customers to submit, review, and follow-up on these great ideas through the User Enhancement Request site. Here, users can check the status of their own submitted enhancements and take a look at the great ideas suggested by other users.
